TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Graphic Sound Studios.

Graphic Sound Studios is an Australian-based creative music and cinematic video production business providing personalised songs, original music, cinematic music videos and commercial music productions to clients in Australia and internationally.

These Terms & Conditions explain the conditions that apply when you access our website, submit a project enquiry, request a quotation, purchase our services or commission a creative production.

By placing an order or otherwise agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you agree to the terms applicable to your project, subject to your rights under Australian law.

Submitting a project enquiry does not create a confirmed order or require payment. A project is confirmed only when Graphic Sound Studios accepts the project and the parties agree on its scope, price and applicable conditions.

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before purchasing our services.

2. SERVICES PROVIDED

Graphic Sound Studios provides creative music, audio and cinematic video production services for individuals, artists, businesses and organisations in Australia and internationally.

Our services may include:

Personalised and custom-made songs for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, romantic occasions, celebrations and personal tributes.
Original songs, instrumental music and cinematic soundtracks.
Cinematic music videos, visual storytelling and promotional video productions.
Business jingles, brand anthems, advertising music and commercial audio productions.
Combined song and music video packages.
Other creative music, audio or video services agreed upon with a client.
Each project is developed according to the creative brief, agreed package, quotation and production requirements.

The scope of services, deliverables, permitted uses, production schedule and number of included revisions will be confirmed before an order is accepted.

Graphic Sound Studios may use digital music production software, artificial intelligence-assisted creative tools and other production technologies where appropriate.

The use of particular instruments, performers, recording facilities or production methods is not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Additional services, revisions or changes outside the agreed project scope may require additional fees, subject to the client’s approval.

All services are subject to availability, applicable platform conditions and relevant laws, including Australian Consumer Law.

3. PROJECT ENQUIRIES, QUOTATIONS AND ORDER CONFIRMATION

Graphic Sound Studios welcomes project enquiries from individuals, artists, businesses and organisations throughout Australia and internationally.

Project Enquiries

Customers may submit a project enquiry through our website, email or other approved communication channels.

A project enquiry may include details about the type of music or video production requested, creative ideas, preferred musical style, intended purpose, budget and desired completion date.

Submitting an enquiry does not automatically create a confirmed order, guarantee availability or require payment.

Quotations and Project Agreements

After reviewing an enquiry, Graphic Sound Studios may provide a quotation outlining the proposed services, project scope, pricing, expected production timeframe and applicable conditions.

Quotations may also identify any included revisions, deliverables, licensing arrangements and additional services.

All prices will be stated in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise specified.

Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed before the customer accepts the quotation.

Order Confirmation

A project becomes confirmed when Graphic Sound Studios and the customer agree to the project requirements, price and applicable conditions, and the studio accepts the order.

Acceptance may be confirmed through written correspondence, an approved booking or order process, or payment under an agreed quotation.

Any required deposit or advance payment will be communicated before the customer commits to the project.

Changes to Project Requirements

Customers are encouraged to provide accurate and complete creative instructions before production begins.

Requests to change the agreed project scope, musical direction, lyrics, video concept or other significant requirements may affect pricing and delivery timelines.

Any additional charges or material changes to the agreed project will be discussed with the customer and require approval before proceeding.

Availability and Acceptance of Projects

Graphic Sound Studios may decline a proposed project before an agreement is formed where the request is outside our capabilities, conflicts with applicable laws or platform requirements, or cannot reasonably be completed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

4. PRICING, DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS

Graphic Sound Studios aims to provide clear and transparent pricing for all personalised music, cinematic music video and commercial production services.

Pricing and Quotations

All prices displayed on our website or provided in quotations are expressed in Australian dollars (AUD), unless otherwise specified.

The final project price will depend on the selected service, agreed package, creative requirements, production complexity and any additional services requested.

Any applicable taxes, transaction fees or other additional charges will be disclosed before the customer agrees to purchase.

Deposits and Advance Payments

Graphic Sound Studios may require a deposit or advance payment before commencing a confirmed project.

The amount of any required deposit, payment schedule and payment due dates will be communicated to the customer before the order is accepted.

Production may begin once the agreed project requirements have been confirmed and any required initial payment has been received.

Deposits and advance payments will be handled in accordance with the agreed project terms and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Final Payments

Where a project requires payment in instalments, the outstanding balance will become payable according to the agreed payment schedule.

Unless otherwise agreed, the final deliverables may be released after the full agreed payment has been received.

Any payment dispute or concern should be raised promptly so that it can be reviewed and resolved appropriately.

Payment Methods

Payments may be accepted through secure online payment systems, electronic bank transfers or other payment methods approved by Graphic Sound Studios.

Customers will be informed of the available payment methods before completing their purchase.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers operating under their own applicable terms and privacy policies.

Additional Charges

Requests for additional songs, extended video production, substantial changes to an approved creative brief, additional revisions or other services outside the agreed project scope may result in additional charges.

Any such charges will be explained and agreed upon with the customer before the additional work begins.

Late or Unpaid Payments

If an agreed payment becomes overdue, Graphic Sound Studios may contact the customer to arrange payment.

Further production work or delivery may be paused where permitted by the project agreement and applicable law, after providing appropriate notice.

Any applicable late payment fees must have been clearly disclosed and agreed upon in advance and must comply with relevant laws.

Refunds and Consumer Rights

Payments, deposits, cancellations and refunds will be handled in accordance with the agreed project terms and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Customers may be entitled to an appropriate remedy where services fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

5. PRODUCTION TIMELINES AND DELIVERY

Graphic Sound Studios aims to complete all accepted music, audio and cinematic video production projects within the timeframe agreed upon with the customer.

Estimated Production Timelines

Estimated production and delivery dates will be discussed with customers before production begins.

Production timeframes may vary depending on the type of service, creative complexity, project requirements, availability of resources and the number of agreed revisions.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, estimated completion dates are indicative and are not guaranteed deadlines.

Customer Information and Cooperation

Customers are responsible for providing the information, instructions, reference materials and approvals reasonably required to complete their projects.

Delays in receiving necessary customer information, feedback, approvals or payments may affect the agreed production schedule.

Graphic Sound Studios will communicate significant scheduling changes where reasonably possible.

Production Delays

Occasionally, production delays may occur due to technical difficulties, software or platform interruptions, unexpected creative challenges, illness or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a significant delay occurs, Graphic Sound Studios will take reasonable steps to notify the customer, explain the situation and discuss an appropriate revised completion date.

Any revised timeframe will be handled in accordance with the project agreement and applicable consumer rights.

Delivery of Completed Projects

Completed songs, audio recordings and cinematic music videos will generally be delivered electronically.

Delivery methods may include secure download links, email attachments, cloud-based file sharing or other agreed digital delivery services.

The final file format, resolution, audio quality and other technical specifications will depend on the service purchased and the agreed project requirements.

Customer Review and Acceptance

Where customer review is included in the agreed service, Graphic Sound Studios may provide a draft, preview or sample for feedback before final delivery.

Customers are encouraged to provide clear feedback within the agreed review period.

Any included revisions will be completed in accordance with the accepted quotation or project agreement.

Delivery Issues

Customers should contact Graphic Sound Studios if they experience difficulty accessing, downloading or opening delivered files.

We will take reasonable steps to resolve delivery issues within our control.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under Australian Consumer Law, including where services are not supplied within a reasonable time or fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

6. REVISIONS AND CREATIVE CHANGES

Graphic Sound Studios aims to provide high-quality personalised music, original soundtracks and cinematic music videos that reflect the agreed creative vision and requirements of each customer.

Included Revisions

The number and type of revisions included in a project will depend on the selected service, package or individual quotation.

Any included revisions will be communicated to the customer before the project is confirmed.

Revisions may include reasonable adjustments to lyrics, musical arrangements, audio production, visual elements, editing or other creative details within the agreed project scope.

Requesting Revisions

Customers should provide clear, specific and constructive feedback when requesting changes to a draft or production.

Where practical, revision requests should be submitted in writing through email or another agreed communication channel.

Customers are encouraged to combine their requested changes into a single set of feedback to support an efficient production process.

Changes Outside the Agreed Project Scope

Substantial changes to the original creative brief may require additional production work and may result in additional charges.

Examples may include:

Changing the overall musical genre or creative direction after production has commenced.

Requesting entirely new lyrics, musical compositions or arrangements beyond the agreed revisions.

Replacing major scenes, characters, locations or concepts in a cinematic music video.

Requesting additional versions, extended production lengths or new deliverables not included in the original agreement.

Any additional charges or revised delivery timelines will be discussed with the customer and require approval before additional work proceeds.

Creative Differences and Expectations

Graphic Sound Studios will make reasonable efforts to interpret each customer’s creative instructions and deliver work consistent with the agreed project brief.

Music and visual storytelling involve artistic interpretation, and individual creative preferences may vary.

Customers are encouraged to communicate their preferred style, mood, references and expectations before production begins.

Final Approval

Where a final approval process is included in the project agreement, customers will have an opportunity to review the production before final delivery.

Requests for further creative changes following approval may be treated as additional work, provided any associated fees are disclosed and agreed upon in advance.

Consumer Rights and Quality Concerns

The limits on included revisions and charges for additional creative work do not restrict a customer’s rights under applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Where services fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees, Graphic Sound Studios will provide any remedy required by law.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, COPYRIGHT AND LICENSING

Graphic Sound Studios respects intellectual property rights and aims to establish clear arrangements concerning the ownership, permitted use and licensing of music, audio recordings, lyrics, cinematic videos and other creative materials.

Ownership of Creative Works

Intellectual property rights in work created by Graphic Sound Studios will remain with their respective legal owners unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The purchase of a song, music video or other creative production does not automatically transfer copyright ownership or grant unrestricted commercial rights.

Any copyright assignment, exclusive license or other transfer of intellectual property rights must be expressly agreed in writing and is subject to applicable law.

Personal Use and Commercial Licensing

Customers will receive the usage rights specified in their accepted quotation, package description or project agreement.

Personal-use licenses may permit customers to enjoy and share their completed productions for private, personal and non-commercial purposes, subject to any agreed restrictions.

Commercial use, including business advertising, promotional campaigns, commercial distribution, resale and other revenue-generating activities, may require a separate commercial license.

The scope, duration, territory, permitted platforms and any applicable limitations of commercial licenses will be specified in the relevant project agreement.

Customer-Provided Materials

Customers retain their existing rights in original lyrics, photographs, recordings, videos, stories and other materials they provide.

By supplying materials for a project, customers confirm that they own the relevant rights or have obtained the permissions necessary for the intended use.

Customers authorize Graphic Sound Studios to use, reproduce, adapt and process their supplied materials to the extent reasonably necessary to assess, create, revise and deliver the agreed production, including through approved service providers.

Customers must not knowingly provide materials that infringe another person’s copyright, privacy or other legal rights.

Artificial Intelligence-Assisted Production

Graphic Sound Studios may use artificial intelligence-assisted tools, digital music production software and video generation platforms as part of its creative production process.

These may include services such as Suno, Sondo and other appropriate production technologies.

The ownership, licensing and commercial use of AI-assisted content may be affected by the terms of the relevant technology provider and applicable copyright law.

AI-generated material may not always qualify for copyright protection, and commercial usage rights do not necessarily establish copyright ownership.

Graphic Sound Studios will only grant customers rights that it is legally and contractually entitled to grant.

We do not guarantee that AI-assisted outputs will be unique or eligible for exclusive copyright protection.

Third-Party Content and Licensing Restrictions

Certain productions may incorporate appropriately licensed third-party materials, software-generated elements or other resources.

These components remain subject to their applicable licenses, permissions and legal restrictions.

Customers must comply with any third-party conditions disclosed as part of their project agreement.

Distribution and Public Use

Customers intending to distribute music or videos through streaming services, social media, advertising channels or other public platforms should disclose their intended uses before production begins.

Graphic Sound Studios will explain the rights included in the agreed service and any known licensing limitations relevant to those uses.

Acceptance of content by streaming platforms, distributors, copyright management systems or other external services cannot be guaranteed.

Portfolio and Promotional Use

Graphic Sound Studios will seek the customer’s permission before using identifiable personal photographs, private stories, recordings or commissioned materials in public portfolios, advertising or promotional showcases, unless such use has already been expressly authorized.

Any agreed portfolio or promotional permissions will be documented separately or included in the applicable project agreement.

Copyright Concerns

Customers who believe a production infringes their intellectual property rights should contact Graphic Sound Studios with relevant details.

We will review reasonable concerns and take appropriate action where required by law or the applicable project agreement.

Nothing in this section excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law.

8. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCEPTABLE USE

Graphic Sound Studios aims to maintain a professional, respectful and lawful creative environment for all customers, artists, businesses and organizations using our services.

Accurate Project Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate, complete and relevant information when submitting project enquiries, accepting quotations and commissioning creative productions.

This includes communicating their intended purpose, preferred musical style, creative requirements, delivery expectations and any relevant restrictions.

Customers should notify Graphic Sound Studios promptly if important project information changes.

Ownership and Permission to Use Materials

Customers must ensure they own or have obtained the necessary rights and permissions for any lyrics, photographs, music, audio recordings, video footage, artwork or other materials submitted for use in a production.

Where materials feature other identifiable individuals, customers must obtain any permissions or consents reasonably necessary for the proposed use.

Customers must not knowingly submit materials that infringe copyright, intellectual property rights, privacy rights or other applicable legal protections.

Acceptable Project Requests

Customers must not use Graphic Sound Studios services to request or distribute content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

Unacceptable requests may include:

Content that unlawfully threatens, harasses or defames another person.

Unauthorized use of copyrighted music, recordings, photographs or video footage.

Misleading impersonation or unauthorized use of another person’s voice, image or identity.

Content involving exploitation, abuse or other unlawful activities.

Materials that violate applicable laws or relevant third-party platform conditions.

Graphic Sound Studios may decline requests of this nature before accepting a project.

Customer Communication and Conduct

Customers are expected to communicate respectfully and professionally throughout the production process.

Threatening, abusive, discriminatory or persistently harassing behavior towards Graphic Sound Studios or its representatives will not be accepted.

Where serious conduct issues arise, we may take reasonable steps to address the matter, including suspending communications or ending an engagement where permitted by the project agreement and applicable law.

Customer Feedback and Approvals

Customers are responsible for reviewing drafts, providing necessary feedback and communicating requested revisions within agreed timeframes.

Delays in providing required information, feedback or approvals may affect production schedules.

Any additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope will be handled according to the applicable project agreement.

Use of Completed Productions

Customers must use completed songs, music videos and other productions in accordance with the usage rights and licenses granted under their project agreement.

Customers must not knowingly distribute, resell, reproduce or commercially exploit materials beyond their authorized usage rights.

Where third-party licensing restrictions apply, customers are responsible for complying with those restrictions once properly disclosed.

Cooperation and Resolving Concerns

Graphic Sound Studios encourages customers to raise any concerns about their projects promptly.

We will make reasonable efforts to review concerns, communicate clearly and resolve issues fairly.

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under applicable Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS AND PROJECT TERMINATION

Graphic Sound Studios aims to handle project cancellations, refunds and the termination of creative services fairly, transparently and in accordance with applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Customer Cancellation Requests

Customers who wish to cancel a confirmed project should contact Graphic Sound Studios as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests should preferably be submitted in writing by email and should identify the relevant project.

The financial consequences of cancellation may depend on the stage of production, the agreed project terms and any applicable consumer rights.

Cancellation Before Production Begins

Where a customer requests cancellation before production has commenced, Graphic Sound Studios will review the request and determine whether any agreed and legally permissible charges apply.

Any refund will take into account the agreed cancellation terms, payments already received and any applicable legal obligations.

Cancellation After Production Has Commenced

Because personalised songs, original music and cinematic music videos may involve substantial customised creative work, cancellations after production has commenced may involve charges for work already performed and reasonable costs incurred.

Any cancellation charges must be consistent with the agreed project terms, applicable law and the legitimate costs or interests associated with the project.

Graphic Sound Studios will explain any applicable charges and the basis for calculating them.

Deposits and Advance Payments

Deposits and advance payments will be handled in accordance with the agreed project terms and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

A deposit will not automatically be treated as non-refundable in every circumstance.

Where a refund is due, the amount will be assessed having regard to the work performed, applicable contractual terms and the customer’s statutory rights.

Cancellation by Graphic Sound Studios

Graphic Sound Studios may need to cancel or discontinue a project where circumstances prevent lawful or reasonable completion.

Such circumstances may include:

Project requirements that involve unlawful activities or infringe another person’s rights.

Material breaches of the agreed project conditions.

Serious threatening, abusive or harassing conduct.

Unforeseen circumstances that make completion impracticable.

Where Graphic Sound Studios cancels a project, we will notify the customer, explain the relevant circumstances where appropriate and address any payments or refunds in accordance with the agreement and applicable law.

Refund Requests and Service Concerns

Customers who believe a service has not been provided as agreed should contact Graphic Sound Studios with details of their concerns.

We will review refund requests and other service concerns fairly and within a reasonable timeframe.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable consumer guarantees, customers may be entitled to correction of a problem, compensation, cancellation, a refund or another remedy required by law.

Changes of Mind and Creative Preferences

A change of mind or change in personal creative preference does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund under Australian Consumer Law.

However, any cancellation rights, refund arrangements or other remedies provided by the project agreement or applicable law will continue to apply.

A customer’s dissatisfaction with artistic style does not remove any rights they may have where the delivered service fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee or agreed requirement.

Project Termination and Outstanding Obligations

Where a project is lawfully terminated, Graphic Sound Studios and the customer will review any outstanding payments, completed work, materials and agreed obligations.

Any arrangements concerning the use, ownership or delivery of partially completed creative materials will be determined by the project agreement and applicable law.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, statutory remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Where a customer is entitled to a remedy under applicable law, that remedy will not be denied solely because a project is customised or production has commenced.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS

Graphic Sound Studios aims to provide professional, reliable and high-quality personalized music, original soundtracks, cinematic music videos and commercial creative production services.

The following provisions explain certain limitations and responsibilities associated with our services, subject to applicable Australian law.

Creative Production Outcomes

Music composition, songwriting and cinematic video production involve artistic interpretation and creative decision-making.

Graphic Sound Studios will make reasonable efforts to deliver productions consistent with the agreed creative brief, project specifications and customer requirements.

While we aim to achieve high-quality results, individual artistic preferences and opinions may differ.

We do not guarantee particular emotional, promotional or commercial outcomes unless expressly agreed as part of a project.

Artificial Intelligence and Production Technologies

Graphic Sound Studios may use artificial intelligence-assisted music and video platforms, digital production software and other creative technologies.

These services may occasionally experience technical errors, interruptions, changes in functionality or limitations affecting production.

We will take reasonable steps to manage such issues and communicate significant effects on an agreed project.

The use of AI-assisted production technologies may also be subject to third-party terms, licensing conditions and applicable intellectual property laws.

Third-Party Platforms and Services

Certain projects may involve external providers, including music distribution services, streaming platforms, video hosting websites, payment processors, cloud storage services and creative software providers.

Graphic Sound Studios does not control the independent decisions, policies or technical operations of these providers.

We cannot guarantee acceptance, approval, uninterrupted availability, monetization eligibility or particular results from external platforms.

Where a third-party issue affects a service, we have agreed to provide, our responsibilities will remain subject to the project agreement and applicable law.

Commercial and Promotional Results

Graphic Sound Studios does not guarantee that a completed song, advertising jingle, brand anthem or promotional music video will achieve specific sales, audience engagement, streaming figures, social media performance or financial returns.

Customers remain responsible for their own advertising decisions, marketing strategies and commercial activities.

Any specific performance commitments must be expressly documented in the applicable project agreement.

Customer-Provided Information and Materials

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project instructions and ensuring that submitted materials are appropriately authorized for their intended use.

Graphic Sound Studios may reasonably rely on information and permissions supplied by customers when planning and producing agreed creative work.

Where inaccurate information or unauthorized materials cause difficulties, the parties will work to resolve the matter in accordance with their agreement and applicable law.

Events Outside Reasonable Control

Certain circumstances outside the reasonable control of Graphic Sound Studios may affect production schedules or delivery arrangements.

Such circumstances may include significant internet outages, service provider disruptions, natural disasters, serious illness or other unforeseen events.

Where these circumstances occur, we will take reasonable steps to notify affected customers, minimize disruption and discuss appropriate arrangements.

Nothing in this provision removes responsibilities or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Graphic Sound Studios’ liability will be determined according to the agreed project terms, the circumstances of the relevant claim and any applicable statutory rights.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Any limitation of liability must be interpreted consistently with Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation.

Australian Consumer Guarantees

Our services come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law where that law applies.

These may include guarantees that services will be provided with due care and skill, will be reasonably fit for a disclosed purpose where applicable, and will be supplied within a reasonable time where no timeframe has been agreed.

Customers may be entitled to remedies where services fail to meet applicable consumer guarantees.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, statutory remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Resolving Liability Concerns

Customers who believe they have suffered loss or experienced a problem relating to our services should contact Graphic Sound Studios with relevant details.

We will review concerns reasonably and seek to resolve matters fairly, consistently with the project agreement and applicable law.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Graphic Sound Studios is an Australian-based creative music and cinematic video production business serving customers throughout Australia and internationally.

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be interpreted and applied in accordance with Australian law, including applicable consumer protection legislation.

Governing Law

The laws of Australia and the applicable Australian state or territory govern these Terms & Conditions, subject to any mandatory laws that apply to the customer or transaction.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or restricts statutory rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Resolving Customer Concerns

Graphic Sound Studios encourages customers to contact us directly if they have questions, concerns or disagreements regarding a commissioned project.

Customers should explain the nature of their concern and provide relevant information, including their project details and any supporting correspondence.

We will make reasonable efforts to review the matter, communicate clearly and work towards a fair and practical resolution.

Informal Dispute Resolution

Where a disagreement arises, Graphic Sound Studios and the customer are encouraged to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith communication before commencing formal legal proceedings.

Discussions may involve reviewing the agreed project scope, deliverables, payment arrangements, revisions, licensing conditions or other relevant circumstances.

Any proposed resolution will be considered in accordance with the project agreement and applicable law.

Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution

Where a disagreement cannot be resolved through direct communication, the parties may consider mediation or another suitable alternative dispute resolution process.

Mediation involves an independent third party assisting those involved in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution.

Participation in mediation will be voluntary unless otherwise lawfully agreed or required.

The parties may agree upon an appropriate mediator, location, online meeting arrangement and allocation of mediation costs.

Legal Proceedings and Jurisdiction

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue any legal remedies available under applicable law.

The appropriate court, tribunal or other dispute resolution body will depend on the nature of the dispute, the applicable laws and relevant jurisdictional requirements.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions prevents a customer from exercising rights to access a court, tribunal, regulator or other legally available dispute resolution process.

International Customers

Graphic Sound Studios welcomes customers located outside Australia.

International projects may involve additional legal considerations, including local consumer protection requirements, intellectual property laws and cross-border contractual obligations.

Where mandatory laws apply to an international customer or transaction, those laws will be respected to the extent required.

Australian Consumer Rights

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantees, statutory remedies or other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
